Full payment must reflect in our designated bank account before any machinery or items can be released for delivery or collection.

5. Delivery and Risk

• Delivery lead times are estimated and subject to stock availability and shipping schedules.
• Africa Machine Tools Supplies CC will endeavour to communicate delivery timelines accurately but accepts no liability for delays caused by shipping, customs clearance, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Risk in the goods passes to the buyer immediately upon delivery or collection.

6. Warranty and Defects

We provide a 6-month warranty on machines covering manufacturer defects. Please note that this warranty does not cover damages or faults resulting from operator misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or improper maintenance.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Machines are sold on the basis of the specifications agreed upon at the order stage.

• Returns of correctly supplied machinery are not accepted without prior written agreement from management.
• Cancellation of confirmed orders will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

8. Limitation of Liability

Africa Machine Tools Supplies CC shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use any machinery supplied. Our maximum liability in any event shall not exceed the original purchase price of the relevant machine.
